It was very positive. They answered my questions and did the work in a timely manner. They called to explain quotes and give me choices before they did any work. The work was done when they said it would be. So far I haven't had any problems with the work. I have used them twice and had good experiences both times.

I was so thankful that Honda took care of my car right away for me because I was in a hurry that day. I told them I was in a rush and they made sure to get to my car almost immediately. They also told me if I had the same problem happen again, they would take another look at it free of charge. They gave me the direct contact number of the one guy who worked there and everything. I was really impressed with them and I felt like they really cared what happened to me and what happened to my car that day.

Honda treated us well. We did get a good price on the car we got. The sales team was satisfactory. They met our needs and answered our questions. We did a lot of the legwork ourselves before going in there, but they were good overall I would say.

I cannot even begin to explain the problems that this company gave me. I had such a hard time with them trying to fix my car. My entire experience started very badly. They overcharged me with something they apparently fixed, but in the end, it was still not working well. They were not at all professional when they told me they were done. I was expecting my car to be up and running, but that did not happen. I will not be working with them again.

I was immediately taken care of upon arrival, and after waiting in the service waiting area playing around on their free internet, my car was done. Perfectly, and there were notes in the car, personally signed by my 2 techs with numbers to call if I wasn't completely satisfied. Understanding how much they care, and seeing the level of professionalism will keep me from ever going to a another company again.

I'VE HAD ALL MY MAJOR CAR SERVICE DONE THROUGH TEAM HONDA FOR THE PAST 4 YEARS. I CONTINUE TO GO THERE BECAUSE OF THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK AND PROFESSIONALISM. I KNOW I'M PROBABLY PAYING A LITTLE MORE GOING THROUGH A DEALERSHIP, BUT I KNOW THE WORK IS BEING DONE RIGHT.
