Keith and his team know what they are doing, and the results are just what I was hoping for. Keith explains what is realistic for the situation and what it would cost. Price was very reasonable in my opinion.

Great. Started on time, worked through some inclement weather and did a very good job.

The work was completed two days earlier than scheduled. The front stairs that were hanging away from the house because the concrete pad underneath had sunk are now secured to the house! They also leveled a sinking portion of the sidewalk making it flush with the rest of the walkway. Other companies told me we had to completely remove the brick stairs (even though there was nothing wrong with the stairs), concrete pad and portion of the sidewalk and start over. With Mudjack Atlanta we received quality, guaranteed repairs at a fraction of other company's cost! We highly recommend Mudjack Atlanta!

100% great!!! Me and my wife were very pleased. I would recommend Mudjack to anyone. Actually I have and they have already done three of my neighbors. We are going to put Mudjack in a neighborhood news letter.

All went well.  Keith, his son and his crew started work after noon on Saturday.  My largest concern was my brick front door stoop and I had priced getting a mason to come rebuild the stoop but Mudjack's total cost to "raise" the stoop and repair the cracks in my driveway was about the same price as just rebuilding the stoop.  Crew worked all day and into the evening and did a real good job of cleaning up after themselves.  Keith's son led the crew and he was professional keeping me advised of how things were going.  He did sale me additional services over the agreed upon $2,000 fee for the job and I wasn't sure if it really was necessary but I figured a couple hundred bucks more was worth making sure there were no problems.  Keith followed up with me the next day to make sure the job went as expected which I appreciated.  Overall I would recommend this service to others if they needed their stoop fixed and/or driveway.

The team (2 sons of the owner and one of their wife/girlfriend) did a great job leveling the slab. I have no idea how they figured out how to twist it so as keep all corners at the same height, but they are clearly very good at what they do. The slab was also flush with the house foundation, so care needed to be taken. Additionally, they caulked the large gap between the slab and walkway, in addition to caulking several cracks in my driveway. They cleaned up everything very well and even threw in some patching of my stone wall.
I thought my job was a bit expensive, compared to work my neighbors had done, by the same company.  However, Mudjack has price points based on the size of the job, and the work I had done obviously hit the higher price point.
I did rate responsiveness at a 'B'.  It was not because they were unresponsive, it is because they were, at the time, very busy.  It took a month between agreement and arrival.  I was not in a rush so it was not a problem.    However, after a few days some of the caulking collapsed, leaving a big gap for water, etc. to get into.  I called immediately and was assured it would be taken of.  I did need to call again to pester about the repair.  They eventually came about a month later.  Again, because they were so busy. (I believe that, esp. tied to all the rain we had at the time).  It was a bit of a nuisance not hearing back, but they did come,  fixed the area in question and inspected the other work they did and reinforced that caulking as well.

This is an exceptional family run company. They pay attention to detail and go the extra mile. I was impressed with the professionalism, expertise, and customer oriented service. They did an awesome job and are well worth a look when you have concrete issues. I am most impressed by their people. They were trustworthy, concerned and considerate. They did a great job and cleaned up the work space very well. The owner has two sons that have work ethic, integrity, and knowledge about foundation and concrete issues. I am glad I chose this company. I will use them again and I highly recommend them!

They are very specialized and knew exactly what they were doing. They were quick and it turned out perfect. It went well.

They did a very good job. It went well. We had to work through them being able to get access to the house when I was present. Once we got that organized, we set a date and when I was up they came in. They did it in about six to seven hours. I think it was his family members that did it. I don't think it is a huge company. It was a family team doing it. They were professional and they explained what they were going to do. They did it as quickly and as efficiently as I would imagined as possible.

It went very well. They were coming from a previous job and called to let me know that they would be running late. Once they arrived
they went right to work. The crew was very well organized and was able to complete the job to our satisfaction. However, the clean up did take longer than I anticipated.

Great guys - My job was not appropriate for them - rather than messing me around let me know asap- came out punctually, professional, great communication.

Called and left Keith a messages with problems I am having with sinking concrete drive. He called back and set up appointment and came out same day.

They are sweet talkers but doesn't get anything scheduled. They were very unprofessional. I would not recommend them.

No problems at all. They came out, gave me an estimate, and I was very satisfied with the price. They scheduled to work, and then did a great job. They really did an awesome job, and my concrete looks so much better than it did. I also want to add that I called several other levelers, and I couldn't even get them to return my calls. The other guys must not want any more business.

It went well overall. The work was done as promised and I am satisfied with it.

You can't go wrong with this company. Keith and his team were very good to deal with. From the time I first contacted them they very promptly visited our home to assess the project and provide a quote. Once agreed they scheduled the work for the following week. The arrived on time, performed the work in a professional and courteous manner. It couldn't have gone any better!
