 + -1 moreOverall Matt and Terry did an excellent job. Terry is a Guru in home inspection. He trains people on how to do home inspection. Matt checked every possible area and gave a detailed report. I will use these folks again in future.
Description of Work: They did an inspection of a home in Cobb county in in February 2006. I ended up not buying the home since there were too many problems with it. Excellent work by Matt Holland and Terry Potter. Both came for the inspection. They spent around five hours. They found a structural problem in the home! They also did radon testing.
