They're oil changes are pretty outrageous. Their service prices are a bit high. They're high. They're the only Honda dealer close by. You have to drive 25, 30 miles to see another Honda dealer. Never had any problems with quality. They complete the work pretty much when they say they're going to. Usually we have the leave it and it's two to three hours. I think they need an express oil change service like most of the other dealers offer.

There was something wrong with the electrical system.  I was very unhappy with there not taking me seriously.  The car was a lemon.  So I ended up getting a 2013 Honda Fit.

If I had to rate it on a scale of 1 to 5, with 1 being very poor and 5 being good, I would say everything was a 5. They were pretty prompt. They are always fully booked because it's a central location. The wait was a bit long but then again I didn't get there at the beginning of the day. So, I thought it went pretty well. On a scale of 1 to 5, I would give them a 4. I like the fact that they have a comfortable waiting room. They give you a diagnostics to kind of let you know what's going on with your car and what future services you may need. At one point, their prices were a little bit high compared to their competitors. Other than that, I'm pleased with the service and especially the staff that they have working there.

I am very pleased with them. They had a very good selection to choose from. They were very courteous. I have been very pleased with the car and I have not had any issues.

They were prompt and they addressed my issues. I have a brand new Honda and my only concerns were that they had a survey for new Honda owners but they did no followup on the feedback. I spent about $50.

I had been pleased with this Honda service center when I had a nail in a tire, and rather than fixing it, referred me to Firestone, where I could get it done more affordably. That won my confidence! I have had my oil changed there twice, and they are efficient, cost competitive, and professional. It is great to go to a car service station and not be confronted with a laundry list of and quot;issuesand quot; with the car. This service station does not make up problems to inflate the bill. I appreciate their honesty. I will remain a loyal customer.
