They came out the next day and fixed the icemaker saving me from having to replace the whole module.

Roddie called morning of to confirm appt and give approximate arrival time.  Time updated when previous job ran late.  Repair done timely and correctly.  Roddie is very knowledgable with regards to GE appliances.

He meant well. He knows his business but when he couldn't find the right parts he never tried to actually follow up with us.

Our experience was great. He did the best to save us money in repairing our dishwasher. I would definitely use him again.

My refrigerator had stopped cooling adequately, so he came out and looked at it, it turned out that the coils needed to be cleaned. He cleaned it and it works fine. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He was professional, responsive and punctual. On their website they might have said they gave a discount, but when I asked he said there was no additional discount.

He came out & repaired the ice maker the same day. Unfortunately the problem was not fixed, and overnight water poured into our freezer and froze in the drawers and along the walls and shelves. I called back when I discovered the problem on Sat morning. The repairman came promptly and said he had to order a new part and would return on Monday to install it. We never heard from him again.

Fixed my older Maytag dryer for less than they quoted. They were very responsive and quickly came out and fixed the problem. I trust them absolutely.

I called in the morning and by the afternoon both jobs were completed and problems solved. Roddie was thoroughly professional, punctual and pleasant to deal with. The cost was much less than I ever could have imagined.

Very quick and professional service-- no mess and no fuss. Was able to pay bill with credit card and they were on their way. Total time under 30 minutes---will use them again.
