Original pool equipment installation was not level (not even close), not stable (concrete slab mounted on a slope, with the edge of the slab hanging out into thin air, and not to specs. Inspector said worst job he'd ever seen. When the pool had to be drained to repair the leak, the work crew pumped 17,000 gallons of water into neighbors yard (vs. pumping to nearby drain).
