TOP 2 BOTTOM HOME IMPROVEMENT

I wanted a drip edge installed and they forgot to put it on and had a hard time adding it when I pointed out that it was not installed. This caused a lot of issues with the roof edge. They were rude when I called with questions about the vents. The insurance company paid me to have the vents replaced, and they were suppose to replace 6 air vents but luckily I noticed before they finished that the 2 that had been dented for several years were still on the roof. I still believe they only ended up replacing just the two. Also, they said they picked up the nails with a magnet, but I ended up getting my own magnet and was able to fill up a three pound coffee can with all the nails they left. I am still picking up nails and it has been over a year. They said they would come back and adjust a gutter and they never came back. I had also asked them to inspect the sofits and fascias, they said they did and there were no issues yet 2 or 3 months later I discovered there were 2 places where the sofits were rotten and should have been repaired. I also repeatedly asked for estimates to repair my deck, but all I got was repeated promises. They did install one light fixture but were supposed to come back and install others and never did after I purchased more fixtures.
