I had a VERY serious stain that ran the length of my carpet. I had it "cleaned" before, but the stain returned in less than a week. This time Kenneth cleaned just a short portion to see if what he was doing would actually get the stain. Then we waited three weeks to see what happened. It was still clean. Yea! Today he did the entire floor and I am extremely pleased. Nice man. Good work!
