It went extremely well. Robert and his crew are quite professional. Communication with Robert is very good, he kept use aware of the scheduled work and if anything would interfere requiring a reschedule of the job. The crew was punctual, went to work and did an amazing cleanup of the debris. Would hire again without a moment of hesitation, could not recommend more strongly.

RPG did great work. We had two dead pine trees, one of which broke in half and fell into the neighbors yard just before Christmas. Robert came out quickly and gave us a price that match one other quote exactly and was a little below a third quote. He was able to come back within the week to remove the tree top in the neighbors yard and take down the other dead tree and the remnant of the broken tree. They came back in early February to remove the remaining 5 trees, trim some large limbs overhang our house from a neighbors tree, grind three stumps and remove all debris. They left the yard and street area clean and with minimal damage to our yard. Our yard damage was much less than expected. I would hire again and my neighbor plans to hire them to take some trees out of their backyard.

Robert is great in every aspect of his business - bid/quote, price, and timing. We've used him twice and will continue to in the future.

Everything went very well. We've used RPG several times and have always been happy. Robert is responsive, arrived when he said they would and cleaned up the area afterward. I think I like the end result more than I thought I would. They know what they are doing.

I’ve used RPG before, and each time I’ve been pleased. Robert is polite, helpful, and thorough. During a recent storm, a HUGE tree limb was twisted and blown off onto a wheelchair ramp, blocking the front door. RPG removed it very carefully so as not to damage the ramp. They also cut back other branches from that tree, and trimmed another tree that had branches hanging over the roof and porch. When Robert stopped by to give me a quote, he moved a branch that was blocking my garage door and driveway, even before we scheduled the job. Robert was very helpful, and his crew was thorough, and careful. I was very impressed by how well they cleaned up when they were finished. I will be hiring them again. Thank you for a job well done.

Great job! They arrived on time and even completed the job a little early. The crew worked hard and fast. The mulch from the trees was placed right where I wanted it. Clean up was more than I expected. Communication with Robert was awesome. I would use this company again.

They did a great job, they communicated very well through email. When thehy would come and what time they would arrive. They let me change the dates and reminded me, always stayed. They clean up very well after themselves.

He has been out here three times and they are fantastic. It was a big job and he was just excellent. He is careful, the trees are close to the house. He has always been prompt and professional. He came over one day, I called and told him a tree was leaning over it was going to fall over on my house and he came over within a couple of hours. He is fine on pricing. Since this affected both us and our neighbors we both got estimates. We went with RPG.

RPG provides a high-quality service at a competitive price. We contacted Robert at RPG and he expertly guided us through the process, starting from helping us obtain permits from the city all the way through removal and trimming of various trees on our property. Before work started, he pointed out all the areas that could have been potentially be damaged by the removal process. Once his group started, they efficiently completed the job without incident.

We are repeat customers of RPG. Each time we contacted them, we also obtained estimates from other companies. RPG always had the lowest estimate, oftentimes much lower. We highly recommend this company.

This will be the third time I use Robert and his crew for tree work in as many years. This year I commissioned them to remove 10 trees and grind 12 stump as part of a landscaping plan for my backyard. Pricing was very competitive. Completed the entire scope-work as discussed and on-schedule. Definitely plan on using them next year.

Arrived as promised. Crew was diligent and polite. Took great care to protect 2 specimen Japanese Maples in the area. Removed all waste and cleaned up. Broke one sprinkler head and assured me they would repair on Monday.
They also did extensive tree removal for my next door neighbor and did great job as well.
