Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel, Cabinet Making
For a couple months we were going back and forth on what to do on the work. Ron took over and over charged me and charged me for everything all over again. He took all the material in the kitchen. He took the Burch off the cabinet. They took our brand new Burch cabinets. He charged me a complete price for the kitchen. He did not give me compensation for the material he took from me and did not use the material anywhere else. He said he gave me wood MDS (its not real wood). After we went over the contract together I notice MDS. After we went over the contract he asked for my folder and I think that’s when he added the MDS. Even the warranty paper work is not there. I asked about the start and finish date and he didn’t want to. I just keep going back and forth with him he said he is not coming back to finish the work until I send him a letter about there will be no recourse for the work or pay him in full. He has most of my money. I believe I have already paid him $15,000.00. I believe I only have $4000.00 or less to pay. I believe I have already over paid him. He is not trying to make it better at all. He said he was going to put two coats on the cabinet and it’s already peeling. It looks like he only added one coat.
