Wonderfully! Laszlo was very responsive to my initial phone call. I called him late on a Saturday morning and he had the blockage cleared by Saturday afternoon, so far as I'm concerned he's a miracle worker. He then came back out on Monday morning and installed the clean-out trap which will make any future back-up issues much easier to take care of. He told me exactly what he was going to need to do, how much he would charge and everything went according to plan except that he didn't realize how hard my ground would be. He had to go back to his shop to get extra equipment for the digging and didn't charge any extra for the additional time it took. I now keep his name handy for any family members or friends that say they need a plumber.

We added a bathroom in the basement and Laszlo came out, gave an estimate, and he did a wonderful job on our bathroom; so when we needed a water heater installed a few months later we called Rexx Plumbing, and we were just as satisfied this time around as the first time. Laszlo was on time, was very clean, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly, did a wonderful job. Rexx Plumbing is the only plumbing company we as very satisfied home owners will call and we recommend Rexx Plumbing to all of our friends.
