I had my porch re-screened done last autumn and the new slats needed painting to match trim. Much to detailed a job for me! Giovani came for the estimate on promptly on time. He was polite, courteous and communicated effectively about the job. An estimate was send via email in the next 24-48 hours, and it was easily scheduled. I had a request to add a little something to the painting plan after a day or so. I sent a photo with my request which was able to be added. The team showed up on time on the scheduled work day, worked steadily. They meticulously taped all the screen, primed and painted- took a lunch break- and came right back to finish on time. Everything was beautifully painted and there was no mess afterwards for me to deal with. I am so happy with the results. I expect to hire them in future for inside painting.

Giovanni and his crew were wonderful from beginning to end. They replaced damaged wood on the decks and in high places on the house and painted my very tall house with efficiency and professionalism. They truly are talented professionals and I would highly recommend them.

Pure Elegance did a wonderful job! We scheduled it and each day the crew was on time and worked all day. Great prep and careful painting. Giovanni gave me a good estimate and included outdoor carpentry work as well. Suzanne in the office was very responsive to my questions via email. The whole crew contributed to a great experience. I recommend Pure Elegance!

I have lived in the home for 43 years and have had a lot of paint jobs. This was my best experience yet.. Giovanni looked the house over and gave me an estimate which I accepted. That was the total price I paid for the four days of work. They cleaned up everything at the end of the job. Giovanni was on site every day and we did a walkaround to discuss how everything was going and what I could expect the following day. Overall it was a good experience and I am very pleased with the outcome.

They went above and beyond in the quality of service. The first day was devoted to careful and thorough prep work, and the job was completed by the end of the second day. Their professionalism and attention to detail were quite impressive. They even painted our mailbox base! We are so pleased that we chose Pure Elegance to paint our house. From beginning to end, the team gave an A+ experience. Starting with the estimation process, Giovanni (owner) was extremely professional and courteous. Suzanne, in their office, kept us informed of when they would be able to start and facilitated questions and answers when they came up. I rarely leave reviews but Prue Elegance surpassed all my expectations for the job. From the estimate with Giovanni Diaz they demonstrated professionalism and competence throughout the job. These are the people you WANT to paint your house. I know I will not have to look for a painter for any of my future painting needs, I have found them. Use them once and you will the same.

Very impressed with the quality of work provided by this company! Pressure washing, wood repair, siding replacement, and painting were all done to the highest standards and in the promised time frame! Their overall work ethic was exemplary - arriving early, leaving late, and doing a very thorough clean-up at the end of each day! Very reasonably priced! I highly recommend this company.

I am not easily impressed but this company has blown me away from start to finish! I was surprised at how reasonable the quote was, half of what another company had quoted. I was skeptical of what the workmanship would be like, but they exceeded my expectations. Even did more than originally planned and didn't charge extra. They came when they said they would and left the work site cleaned up and tidy at the end of each day. Highly recommend Giovanni and his crew. Could not be happier!
