+ -1 moreI had an estimate done for some body work on my 2000 Mercury Marquis. Both doors on the passenger side were damaged by a moving van. The car drives well and still has value but I couldn't use the doors so I wanted it repaired. I went to another body shop and paid the same price but received excellent customer service and would recommend them to anyone in the future.
Description of Work: I did not get the work done at this provider.

It is good because the insurance always wants to press down the cost of the repair and that will bring down the quality of the service. When they work for you as a customer, they will give you the best quality service at a reasonable price. They work with me by ordering the parts while I still use my car so it is good for me because I do not need to spend more money for rental car. When the parts come, they will give you the estimated time for the job and give you a phone call when it is done. The job was done in a couple of days and they also cleaned my car inside and outside. I am very pleased and satisfied with the service.
Description of Work: Replace and paint front bumper and inside part of the front bumper.

Description of Work: Great experience. They did a super job on my car. I had some holes, cuts and scratches in my bumper from being hit by an SUV. I'm picky and was concerned about color match and a smooth finish. Trust me I looked at the repairs daily. The paint match is perfect. I cannot feel any bumps or groves where the repairs were made. I am very please and will use them again if needed.
