These guys are the best! From estimate to completion things were done on time, professionally, and neatly! We have known Danny for almost 20 years. He has helped us with many home roofing dilemmas including minor gutter repair jobs, chimney cap replacements, rotten wood, new roofs, and even animal/pest deterrent solutions. We wouldn't call anyone else.

Very well.  Everything was done on time after the project started.  if I had questions, they showed patience and explained.  Danny was great.  he is very knowledgeable and in the business for a very long time.  They are insured  too.

We bought our house in foreclosure in 1991.  It was a moneypit, with everything possible having to be repaired, and repaired, and repaired agein.  18 years ago (1993) we interviewed Danny Wiley of Northside Roofing to work on our roof.  At first, we thought his recommendations for what needed to be done were ridiculous.... too expensive.  Surely we could patch this thing up for less and keep moving.  Others offered much cheaper solutions. but we had friends swear by this company, that it would be done right the first time.  We had to do a complete re-design based upon poor design and construction for the original roof and support beams, complete with gutters.

The work was done on time, within budget, by clean and friendly crews.  We watched as they peeled back layers on the roof to reveal just how poor the original construction was, and saw how the roof would have eventually sagged and caved in without the new infrastructure.

Fast forward to today.  18 years later, the roof still looks great - we have not had the smallest issue, not a single shingle to come loose. Our needs this time were simple - a tune up on the gutters (removal, clean, install guttter guards) and a small flashing tune up, painting etc.  We were so pleased to be able to see Danny Wiley again, and to let him know that his work had stood the test of time.  We plan to retire in this house, so we are relieved that he can tune us up for the next 18 years.

Northside was no where near the lowest bid we received....but it was the only one that really looked at the structural integrity of our home.  With our steep pitched roof and unusual architecture, we really needed a master foofer, and we got one.

I interviewed a number of roofers prior to hiring Northside Roofing. The reasons I hired Northside include Danny (estimator and job supervisor, as well as an owner) taking the time to explain the roofing process. His company offers a number of extras that others do not. For example, they replace and paint all flashing. The theory behind this is that if the shingles are installed without replacing the flashing and you experience a leak, the roofer won't honor a warranty since the leak isn't a result of their workmanship. Danny believes in giving you a new roof and honoring a 10-year workmanship warranty on that entire roof. His roofers took their time (the job lasted four days when many other roofers wanted to complete it in only one). I really feel that the job was done right. The other great thing about Danny is that he provides you with his cell phone number and he ALWAYS answers it. I never had to leave a message on voice mail. You really feel that you are Danny's most important client.

I had a serious leak on my roof and called two others before Northside and neither could fix the problem. The man from Northside assured us he could and he did so promptly and effectively. He really took it seriously that the leak was fixed. He even called back once after the job was finished to make sure it hadn't leaked again. He was a little pricey, but well worth the extra money.

I CALLED NORTHSIDE ROOFING 4 TIMES OVER 2 DAYS. NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE AND THERE WAS NO MESSAGE MACHINE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE.
