"I've never service this customer please remove review!"
"COMPLETELY UNTRUE!!!! You became combative because you were told that the microwave could not be hung because the wall studs were too far apart. I told you that we would have to open up the wall to make it sturdy. You said that the drywall was new and you didn't want me to go into the walls unless I would fix them. I'M AN ELECTRICIAN!!! NOT A DRY WALLER. And I informed you as such, so we didn't open the walls. But then again, you became combative. The first RED FLAG came before I visited your home (ON TIME AND WHEN I WAS SCHEDULED TO APPEAR) was when you told me that the first contractor walked off the job. But me being the nice person that I am, I thought I can work with anyone, I will trust my first instincts from now on. And I saw why the first contractor walked off. Your own children said that you were a "piece of work", but I digress. And you are a BALD FACE LIAR stating that we put holes in you wall. You didn't give us the approval to open up the walls so we didn't. Don't besmirch my name for your foolish nonsense. You should be ashamed of yourself!!! Since I was unable to open up your walls to run the proper wiring for your microwave to be on a circuit by itself and for your refrigerator to be on its own individual circuit (per code), I installed all of the receptacles and made everything I touched safe. I went the extra mile to install your light fixture over your kitchen table. I left the chain and wire long so that the next contractor could give you the proper distance once you returned from your trip. Also, I corrected the backwards wiring that the previous contractor(general contractor) had done incorrectly. Always use an electrical contractor to do electrical work! But you still wanted to complain when I told you that I would not charge you for the extra work that I had done. (There is no pleasing you!!!) You were the second ridiculous and unreasonable customer that I had that week that left untrue reviews. Customers like you make it hard for good, honest contractors. People like you make me want to get out of doing residential work. I could just do commercial work. But that's not the type of person that I am. I want to help people, like I tried to do with you. I pray I never get another nightmare of a customer like you!"
"Bogus!!! You never gave me the correct address until I went to the address that was on file with Angie's List and then you said that was your old address. I was asked to put in GFCI receptacles by your sink in the kitchen to make it safe, which I did. I traced out the wiring in your bathrooms and made sure they were GFCI protected. I began removing your old ceiling fan and realized that it was installed completely incorrect and the wires were not protected in a box. I pointed this out to your girlfriend and she said not to worry about it. (You knew all of the work you wanted done, not your girlfriend, you should have communicated that better with her, or been there yourself.) I told her that I should put it back up and she said "No, you can take care of it when you come back". She wanted me to replace some more receptacles (which I did). Only when you find out how much everything was going to cost, now I'm a bad electrician and you have to write a SCATHING review. You thought you were going to get more work done, but you have never done this kind of work before in your life! You don't know what goes into the work and then question the electrician if he knows what he is doing. I have a BS in Engineering Physics and an MS in Electrical Engineering and I'm a Master Electrician. If I say that something is unsafe, then trust me I should know! If you want a rushed job and want to save money, GET A HANDYMAN!!!! He doesn't know the codes or how electrical work should be done properly. People don't understand why electrical work is expensive because you can't see it....it's in your walls and you can't put your hands on it. ELECTRICIANS control, manage and maintain lightning (electricity is lightning!!!) coursing through your home. You pay for our expertise, assurance and insurance that your house won't BURN DOWN!!!! Get a HANDYMAN and cross your fingers!!!!"
