If I could give him a AA I would. We had two other companies come out and they couldn't fix the leak. They did more damage than they did good. The first guy said we needed a new AC and the next damaged the wiring and said we needed a new condenser pump. Jerry came right out and fixed it. He was right on top of everything and always arrived shortly after a call.
We have a dual system so he came back in the fall to replace the thermostat. He rewired the system to include both electric and gas because one the first providers didn't install it right and they didn't use a programmable thermostat.
He even came back to check on his work, and when we called about the thermostat, he didn't even charge us for the work. I wouldn't have any other person come to check on my heating and cooling system.
Other companies that say you need to call for general maintenance twice a year wanted to charge $400 the tune up. Jerry said that was a rip off and that if we ever wanted him to come out, just give him a call and he'll do it.
