My hard drive crashed on my computer. Unfortunately it was a type of repair that Ralph is not able to perform (which he clearly told me up front may be the case), however he checked out several companies that do perform this service and provided me with thier contact information. He also researched their credentials, BBB ratings, etc. He also picked up my hard drive from my house, and dropped it back off to me, that is service. After all of this he offered to not charge me anything. I would definitely recommend him because of his honesty, and I will use him again if ever needed.

As my son said, it went better than he could have hoped. He is disabled and uses the computer very much, so computer problems are terrible for him. Ralph was able to help us out the same morning that I called and had the problem fixed in less than an hour. Once he established the problem he went out and bought the memory that corrected the computer's problems.

The first contact with Ralph was a phone discussion. He advised me to purchase an addition to my laptop, this solved the problem with no charge from Ralph. Ralph came to my home for the second contact, diagnosed the problem, took my computer home and had it working properly in less than 24 hours. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He even came to my home on a Sunday!

Ralph was a great help -- first talking on the phone about the issues, then coming to my home on the next work day. He spent a little over two hours taking the hard drive out of the old laptop so he could recover the files from it, making the transfer, finding some files that I had trouble locating, and doing a few other things. He was friendly, explained what he was doing and made suggestions along the way. He took my old laptop home and got it running again.

Ralph was prompt in responding to my panic email when my computer crashed! We scheduled an appointment for the next A.M., he was on time and very professional as well as friendly! We were given an estimated price which he stood by. He also made himself available by phone as a resource when it was determined that we would need to purchase a new hard drive. Ralph was able to recover all of our data (whew!), set up our new computer and reinstall programs that had been lost. His customer service went above and beyond what we could have hoped for and we will be sure to pass his name along to our friends and family who may be in need of his services.

He came my first available day after the initial call. He asked probing questions to get to my problems and worked right away. He suggested that I run a computer virus scan. Some problems were resolved but another one came up. He came on the next day and took care of that problem. He was courteous and professional.
