Home Depot door in-store sales process and installation was surprisingly terrific. We had 4 exterior and 2 heavy duty storm doors installed. The associate was knowledgeable and walked us through the products and process. The doors were installed when promised. They dealt with framing challenges and made sure they were air tight and finished great. The team was a pleasure to work with. Shout out to Home Depot for doors and install. The price was a little higher than we expected, but the outcome was totally worth it.

The plumbing guy at this store is great. He is knowledgeable and willing to help. The employees at this store are fantastic. They are friendly and are always looking to help you out.

Their customer service is horrible. Through my experiences, it is very poor. The employees don't know about their products. I don t think I will go there again for anything related to my pool.
