Troy Holland was on time and courteous and tested the spigots but did not fix the problem.
Even though the labels are very small and hard to read, I think he should have noticed and switched the hoses. After I called the store, their repairman switched the hoses. Of course, the delivery guys should have installed them correctly. . . all-in-all a frustrating experience.
