They are the worse company for repair. Do not use them. Their response time is horrible. The warranty company hired them to repair the panel. First it took them a week to visit the home, then another week to come back and remove the panel. Then they kept the panel for 2 weeks and did not even send for the repair parts. They don't answer their phone and when they do, they promise they make an appointment and don't keep it. Or show up at another time. The warranty company fired them and after almost 2 months of waiting, had to find another company. Incompetent and poor customer service. Now I have to wait for that repair. Avoid calling them at all costs if you want something fixed and your sanity!
