I would highly recommend Ben Scoggin.  There was a stain on the carpet he had installed for us,.  No fault of his own...it was a defect from the factory.  He did not hesitate to offer to replace it at no charge.  Keep in mind, this was the ENTIRE living room that had to be replaced.  He said he simply wanted to make us happy, and he did.  How unusual to find that kind of service today!  Highly recommend.

I hired this outfit for a tile job and found out later they don't know what they're doing. Fernan Peralta bought the wrong nails to secure the subfloor (the area that's laid down to prep for tile). He bought smooth roofing nails for a kitchen area; I became suspicious and researched a little, which revealed either ring shanked nails (which grip & don't pull out) or flooring screws should be used for kitchen areas. However about 1/3 of the floor was already tiled when my research revealed this & I confronted him. In addition, he had workers of dubious immigration documentation show up who did not speak English and were hard to communicate with. The workers took short cuts and their work was passable but not great. They initially laid tile in an illogical order which they then had to remove and replace, and they required Fernan to translate. Now, the tile needs to be replaced in areas where the wrong nails were used, as the smooth nails are not holding the subfloor. There are some basic construction elements that Fernan has not bothered to learn, and in my opinion he should not be trusted. Maybe this is how work is done in Honduras, but here we have Home Depot & other stores where appropriate materials are readily available. Yes, he was cheaper than others, but now I have to re-do the tile, so I would have been better off paying more.

The vendor provided incredible assistance in the selection of our carpet...making several trips to our home with various options. We were advised how to prepare for the installation day to minimize disruption to our home. The crew arrived on time, moved the necessary furniture, removed the old carpet and installed the new padding and carpet.  They then moved all the furniture back to their original positions.

The firm provided excellent assistance in carpet selection and options for finishing the kitchen floor. They made an incredible effort to minimize disruption to our household routines and provided maximum protection from sanding dust. All work was done in an outstanding fashion.
