Gary called around and said a good pump would be $225.00 but if I wanted to he could get a lesser quality one from Home Depot for about half that amount. We told him to go with the good one so he went and got it and when he started installing it he found the original job was so badly done the check valve was questionable and the piping was badly aligned; so he went ahead and fixed that as he had a check valve and piping on the truck.
He thoroughly tested the pump, cleaned up and removed the old pump. He also told us that the Sump and Elevator pumps were on the same 20amp circuit and said we needed to watch the breaker as it was possible that if both pumps were on at the same time it may blow the breaker.
This is the fifth time we have used Gary and every time he has thoroughly exceeded our expectations, he has always been on time and never left a mess, he is the best plumber we have come across and would recommend him to anyone.
