Not understanding the roofing industry I called Dominick Fraser the owner of Fraser Roofing and asked if he could come give me an estimate for a replacement. Dominick showed up on time and looking very professional. After an in depth inspection he told me that I may be able to get my insurance company to replace it due to wind damage. He was very thorough in explaining the process and spent about 3 hours with me. I was completely skeptical in listening to his advice but did some research online after he left and everything he said was corroborated with my research.
I filed a claim with my insurance company who came out and conducted the inspection. Dominick was there to meet the adjuster and we had no issues whatsoever with the inspection, He was a consummate professional the entire time. We were both completely honest with the adjuster and the Adjuster really appreciated us being that way. I took my lead from Dominick coaching me up since he cannot speak on my behalf as the homeowner.
Much to my surprise the adjuster approved for me to get a new roof and repair the interior damages done to my ceilings from roof leaks.
Dominick walked me through the rest of the process and set up for my roof to be installed the following week. They did the entire project in one day! Which was amazing considering my roof was (44 Squares and mostly a 12 pitch) showed up at 7am sharp and left at 8pm. The crew was very friendly and cautious with all the appliances and plants surrounding my home. The roofing crews that do the work for Fraser Roofing are mostly hispanic but they are genuinely really nice. I spent the entire day with them curious as to how they replace a roof. They also brought their own trailer to haul off that same day instead of leaving a dumpster in my yard for a week!
With me paying the small difference for architectural shingles and my deductible. Instead of spending 12000+ on a roof I only came out of pocket $1700.
I was extremely satisfied with Fraser Roofing and will absolutely use them in the future if needed.
thank you

After the tree was removed and the insurance company had their estimate (about 13K), a representative from Frasier Roofing assessed the damage,j and meet with the insurance rep. They walked around and haggled for a while (the insurance guy missed a lot such as several broken rafters in a hard to access area of the ceiling) and the insurance rep. came up with around 34K, which was an amount we could work with to get the work done. The several workers who came were conscientious and prompt and attacked the project with zeal. They ended up replacing all the shingles on the house (to assure a good match) and, since the workshop roof had to be torn off, added on an attic. Since some of the gutters were damaged, they replaced all the gutters on the house and a lot of little add-ons like painting the kitchen along with the hall that was damaged and adding new outside lights to the workshop. I was traveling a lot at that time and would develop a punch-list at the end of each week when I came home. The project manager and I would talk it through to our mutual agreement and the work would get done. Once the main roof was added and shingled and the house was protected (about 1 week after the accident), the remaining details were completed in about 2-3 more weeks, which was agreeable. Took about 4 weeks to get the project completed all the details finished to my satisfaction.
I had met the company owner, Dominic Frasier, through a friend but had no idea of the work quality of his company. I will gladly use Frasier Roofing for any future roofing projects.
