They did the job and they were honest. Their quality was good and they were very professional.

They are very honest. I have worked with them for about twelve years. Sometimes they don't show up on time, but most the time they are there on time.

FIRST THEY SAID THEY COULD REPAIR THE OLD SYSTEM, ONLY TO DISCOVER HALFWAY THROUGH THAT THEY COULD NOT. WE FELT WE WERE STUCK SINCE THEY HAD ALREADY STARTED. SO WE HAD THEM INSTALL THE NEW FURNACE. THEY THEN TOLD US WE NEEDED AN A/C REPAIR, AND WE FOUND LATER WE PAID FAR TO MUCH FOR THIS. THEY HAVEN'T FOLLOWED THROUGH ON THE PROMISES THEY MADE, THE NEW FURNACE ISN'T WORKING, THE REGISTERS DON'T FUNCTION, AND THEY AREN'T VERY RESPONSIVE. WE'RE CALLING IN AN INSPECTOR JUST TO MAKE SURE THEY DID WHAT THEY SAY THEY DID. WE HAVE NO CONFIDENCE OR FAITH IN THEM, AND ARE SORRY WE CALLED THEM.

"This job was totally my fault I was sure I could fix the problem but after hours of trying to repair what other companies had made a mess of I was unable to repair. The system had to be repaced. No one wants to hear that and I totally understand but customer was not charged for attempting repairs and could have used anyone for the replacement of their system."

THEY DID NOT FIX IT CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME SO THEY HAD TO COME BACK.
