All the men from the gentleman who gave me my estimate to the men who performed the job were very professional, courteous and friendly.  The men were very prompt arriving on time and worked the whole time they were here.  The area was left very clean and neat.  I would definitely use this business again.  They were only here an hour so, obviously they are very efficient.  I do think the price was a little high.

They are very prompt.  They give a professional estimate of what they are going to do and they give you very detailed description of how they were going to cut down my trees and remove them and they did exactly what they said they are going to do.  They did estimate process.  The city planner requires a permit to cut down trees so they give my permit with me and did the process very professionally and completed the removal of trees for me.  There is a process where the city planner sent an arborist out and the arborist examined your trees and you have to have a reason to cut down trees.  But for the most part in the past the city has been very astringent about just making sure that people don’t cut down healthy trees or remove and so there is a process that you need to address for formality reason.  They are very knowledgeable about that process so I actually did commit myself and that would be a good review that they actually have very good knowledge of how it gonna go and give me advice on it because I never had trees cut down before.

We were satisfied with their service. Their price was reasonable. They did a good job. They did what they said they were going to do. They cut a couple of extra limbs for me that I wanted at the last minute without charging me. They were very courteous. They had all the right equipment.

They did a very good job. They ground up the stumps as well. They also trimmed some trees.

John showed up to give me an estimate.  He was friendly and helpful. They showed up on time. He showed up that day and explained what was going to happen.  The crew cut down the trees requested.  Raked and cleaned up the mess.  Stacked the logs by the street.  The another crew was going to pick up the logs later and the guy to grind the stumps was going to be by later on Monday.  It took two weeks for logs to get picked up and stumps grinded.  I was disappointed it took so long to complete the project.

I got estimates from several providers and Casey was towards the high end. I have many trees and need lots of help with them. In fact, I had more work to be done than I could afford. Bill did the estimate for Casey Tree Experts. Bill is great! He is an excellent resource on tree health and maintaining landscaping. I called him and told him my concern about the costs for what I needed done. He was willing to negotiate and we settled on taking down the most dangerous trees and limb for an amount that I could afford. The workers were prompt, careful to avoid damage to healthy trees left standing, and cleaned up well. I still need more tree work done on my property and will definitely call Casey Tree Experts again.

The service was ok. They were supposed to come back and cut down another tree. They never did even with talking to the owner a couple of times and he promised he would come out, they never did.

Very professional. On time for appointments

I spent about $800 on the job. I had some issues with them. They had come out several times. They dragged the work to quite a long time. I had decided not to work with them at all. However, their office manager was very good damage control. I was not really impressed. The guy, who knew what to do, just told the crew what to do and took off. He never doubled check on them. He acted as though he was the best I could get. The price was good, though. The quality of their work was poor. They were punctual, but they were not professional. I will not use this company again, unless they have a different crew.

I have used them before. The work was done very well. They have been around for a very long time. They did a good job and cleaned up well after themselves. They left the yard in a very good condition.

They job went ok. I had to call them back to grind one of the stumps.

Everything went fine - I called Casey, Bill came out and did an estimate, and then once I accepted the estimate they came out and did the work. It took them several days because they kept getting emergency calls (there were lots of trees falling on houses at the time) but they got everything done and cleaned up.

I called Casey's for an appointment to get an estimate on three trees to be cut and stump grounded. The rep showed up on time and gave a very good lesson on recognizing the health of trees and what the overall cost would be to include hauling off the trees after they have been cut. Everything was right on the mark. They preformed flawlessly.

I called Casey Tree Experts about my tree early in the morning. Within a few hours they had an estimator to my house. I was very worried about the tree because another one in my neighborhood had just fallen, so they got a crew out the very next day to cut it down. They hauled away all the wood a couple of weeks later.

A representative went to my house and called me to give the estimate. We scheduled a date for performance, but on that date, they did not have sufficient crew to take out the trees. We rescheduled for the following week. They arrived at the appointed time. The service was excellent. They took out the trees and hauled them away, after grinding. I was particularly impressed that they performed this work with only minimal damage to some underlying azaleas, which I expected to be trampled somewhat. The remaining undergrowth trees and blooming shrubs were not damaged at all. I paid by check and credit card and they allowed a call in the following Monday, as the workers could not accept the credit card payment on the spot. I highly recommend them and would use them again, except I have no need to have any other trees removed from my yard.

As painful as the process was to watch, it went very well. Casey Tree Service and their service manager were out front very soon after we made this emergency call, brought a crane in, and had at least 2 shifts working on the tree removal all day. The fallen trunk was lifted up carefully after outer branches were cut off, and one of the supervisors drove the damaged truck out of the driveway so that the insurance adjuster could inspect it. Each person on shift knew what his job was and did it quickly and professionally. The hauling was done promptly, as was the chipping. Additional two trunks had to come down so that they did not fall down onto our house or the power lines, since they were now overbalanced. They also came back the next day to finish the clean up. All was done in 100+ degree weather in August.

Bill's crew arrived as scheduled and worked around some rain showers to trim the limbs and clean up the debris. They performed the job in a professional manner and I was pleased with the outcome.

The workers were very professional. They got busy and did their work with very little talk between themselves. They were very easy to talk to. They did an excellent job cleaning up everything. I thought the price that they charged for the extensive amount of work that they had to do was reasonable.

The Beechnut Tree in our yard was 79 years old and 40' tall and we felt it was time for it to go. Casey Tree Service removed it quickly, cleanly and professionally. I would recommend them to anyone and no we are not related to this company in any way.
