I called Casey Tree Experts to schedule an appointment with an Arborist for a quote to take down several trees close to my house.  The Arborist arrived at my house at the appointed time and I showed him the trees we wanted taken down as well as two trees that concerned me.  The Arborist took his time inspecting the trees and we discussed my options for the two trees I was concerned about.  He mentioned that one of the two trees was not an immediate concern and I could wait three or so years to take it down.  The other tree had a small hole at the base and he recommended that we have that one taken down immediately because he determined that there was considerable about of decay at the base by hearing how hollow the inside of the tree was when tapping it with a hammer.  After we looked at all the trees, he went back to his truck to finish the bid.  Once the bid was complete, he did not pressure me to make an immediate decision and told me that I could schedule an appointment with the office if I wanted Casey Tree Experts to perform the work.
I took a few weeks to consider all the bids received, then call Casey Tree Experts to schedule service.  I did not need to be home for the workers to start which was really convenient.  The work was performed as the Arborist explained (trees taken down in one day and the stumps ground 72 hours later).  Once the work was complete I received an invoice by mail which could be paid through Casey Tree Experts' website.
 Overall I had a great experience with Casey Tree Experts.  Dispatch was considerate, the Arborist was professional and very informative, and the quality of the work was great.
