C-A-B Cleaning & Restoration provided the lowest bid AND included additional services lacking from other bids (i.e. they were able to do the complete job of mold remediation in my rental property). They showed up when they said they would, explained what they were doing (i.e. educated me on the process), and fixed some minor issues they found (not related to mold) at no additional charge as they did their remediation. They were working in very tight space in the attic (this was a modular home built in the early 80's) and did cause some minor damage (ex: stepped through the ceiling), but they repaired their damages. As a rental property owner this was a very expensive lesson learned but I do feel I got my money's worth from this company.
Description of Work: Mold remediation in crawl space and attic. Included testing before and after in the crawl space, attic, and inside residence. Also included sample from outside the house for comparison.
