BROOKWOOD PLUMBING SERVICES & REMODELING

We've had some water leak issues from appliances whose drain hoses were not properly secured (yes, do-it-yourself user error). Stephen or Clint have responded and fixed our mistakes and checked out other things to be sure they assessed all possibilities. These guys are personable, professional, and don't try to up-sell. 
We recently had a clogged pipe that caused a back-up and Clint worked diligently to find it and bust it up. He then recommended a product to run through the pipes once or twice a year to prevent build-up. They don't sell the product, he simply suggested we look into it since our house is getting older.

Service was scheduled promptly, communication was good, and work was completed professionally. Clean up was excellent, too.

I hired Brookwood Plumbing to do the jobs listed above and I am very happy with them. These were actually two separate jobs and two of their guys, Brandon and Clint, came and both showed up on time. Which as you know, hiring people who show up on time is near impossible. They were very professional and friendly.
They fixed everything and even checked a couple of others things that required minor fixes and didn't charge me extra. I have recommended Brookwood plumbing to my neighbors as well.
It's hard for me to say this about a lot of contractors, but I do believe Brookwood plumbing is very honest and fair.

Clint was the service technician that performed the services. In the past we have used them and were very happy. Clint is very honest and does great work. Brookwood stands behind everything they do. Clint made a suggestion for a toilet and a place to buy it. He then came back to install it. He checked our water pressure at my request and so also replaced that valve. He had to come to my house twice and was always very punctual and did what he said he was going to do. Prices are very reasonable.

I received an estimate from another company and they were much higher than Brookwood Plumbing. The people here are totally honest. I called them once to replace a water heater and they told me I didn't need a new unit. They have a done a lot of work for me over the past ten years. They are a smaller company which is type is that I like to deal with.

Brandon, the young fellow who fixed it for me, was very friendly and was very considerate when coming in. He took his shoes off so he wouldn't get any dirt in the house and was very open to answering my questions. The first estimate price they gave us was the one they stuck with. We haven't had any problems since and even though the prices were a little high, we were happy with the company.
