ciansI had a similar experience with rodent intrusion and getting quotes of $2200 to $1400 at the lowest for "wrapping of the house".
Referred by a friend, Wayne came out and quoted $500 to $700 to repair a basement intrusion spot he found that the others "missed"
When I requested to fix the intrusion point myself Wayne said there would be no charge by him! We were so grateful to finally find an honest exterminator that we immediately hired him for our quarterly pest control.
I would highly recommend Wayne and his group!!

We had squirrels in our attic, and were told there were also rats, too, based on the droppings. We heard them in the mornings running around. We also found chewed up electrical wires.
Rid-a-Critter came out and gave us a big for $1100, which included sealing the gable vents as well as the gutter line. Another company gave us an even higher estimate to also seal the gable vents and gutter line. Wayne of Brady Pest Control gave us a bid for $600, and said our gutters were already sealed.
It's about 3-4 months later now, and we haven't seen or heard any other squirrels in our attic. We even went so far as to put food up in our attic along with a wifi webcam to take pictures of any movement, and haven't seen any animal life yet. So it looks like the Rid-a-Critter offer to seal the entire gutter perimeter was not necessary.
I was very satisfied with Wayne and his coworker. They showed up on time, gave us a free estimate, and took care of the work themselves. And they were half the price due to not doing unnecessary work.

He is wonderful. He is just a teriffic man.
