I called on 10/5/11 to have them come out but he said he was booked up but would call me when he had an opening. After two weeks I hadn't heard back from him so i called him back and he said he had lost my number which is why he hadn't called me back. So once again he said he would call me back when he had an opening. Installer called me on 10/21 and said he would try to come out either 10/22 or 10/23. The job he was doing on 10/22 ran late so he called and set up a time to come out on 10/23. the installer arrived on 10/23 as promised and completed the work in about 30 minutes and sold me some additional spare parts for my alarm system. Later that night while going over the bill I found that I had been over charged due to an error on one of the handwritten fields on the bill. I contacted the company about the overcharge and was told he would check the invoice when he got home. About a week later I received a check for the amount of the error.
Description of Work: I had a new door put in and had to have alarm contacts put in the new door. I also purchased some spare parts for the alarm system.
