Was quoted for a cleaning up leaves, debris and brush in backyard. Workers showed up 4 hours late, upon arrival workers were not adequately informed of the task by foreman. Workers called foreman to confirm details of what was discussed in person and on the quote. Foreman told them that work discussed was not part of the quote, and refused to do work we agreed upon doing for the price, after 1.5 hours of the being on the jobsite, workers only did 1 hours worth of work, did not do even 20% of asked. Was given a discount on the work, despite what was done being good work, the amount of work done relative to the quote (and relative to the time actually on the jobsite and not sitting on mobile devices) was hard to even justify the discounted price. We only paid the discounted price offered, because I don't feel it is ethical to stiff someone for work they did, even if insufficient and the main objective of the service they were hired for was not completed (through no fault of the workers, more the foreman baiting and switching the services agreed upon in the quote) . I would not hire this company for *ANY* landscaping or tree removal service due to the unprofessionalism of the foreman, acting on behalf of the company. In order to receive the actual service requested, we will need to hire another company (and pay even more money) to get things done right like they should have been the first time.

Our team performed, what was approved on the quote. We do understand you wanted additional items to be completed at the same price rate. However, as you will understand we couldn’t do it complimentary. Since you were not satisfied with our service, the owner did give you the option to not pay for the service if you felt like we didn’t complete what was approved in the quote. Again, we do apologize for the inconvenience."
