We recently had our roof replaced by Atlantaroofing.com and we couldn?t be more pleased with every aspect of the customer service that the company provided. We were amazed at how organized the whole process was from our initial meeting with the owner to the completion of the work. The owner is a highly experienced veteran of the industry and went well beyond what most companies would have to assist us in replacing the roof.
The office manager was delightful and extremely efficient and knowledgeable regarding both the practical aspect of roofing to the financial. She was always patient with our multiple questions and able to explain the process, keeping us up to date on the timeline and what was needed from us.
I can?t say enough about how competent and hard working the roofing foreman and his crew were! They arrived at our home exactly when scheduled and worked all day long taking very few breaks. They left our yard in better shape than it was before they started the work - even making sure that our neighbor?s yard was free of any debris that may have fallen there during the roof replacement. Both the owner and the crew foreman followed up with us to make sure that we were happy with the work and the roof.
Finally, our roof looks great thanks to the owner?s advice regarding shingle color, it is up to code and we no longer have to worry about any leaks. We have had roof replacements on homes that we have owned previously but never has the work been completed as efficiently by such friendly, hard working staff.
