American Painting and Roofing has been serving the greater Atlanta area since 1986. American Painting and Roofing (APR) is American owned by local resident David Robertson. APR is a Licensed and Insured Corporation. Having a long list of residential and commercial customers has kept them busy through many years from South Florida to the northern bordering states. Other services they offer are, Siding & Window Replacement, Carpentry, Flooring Installation & Replacement, Deck Repairs & Installation, Faux Finishing, and Remodeling.

Hired them to stain my neighborhood fence, which they did a poor job. When I called him out, he tried to blame me for not pressure washing but he never recommended pressure washing. I asked him to fix it and I would pay for more stain but he refused and tried to charge me almost the same amount as the original charge to fix it. Don't pay that company until you inspect the final job!

Started out fine but went down hill quickly. Paid monies up front for deposit/materials. Then they needed additional monies to cover pay roll. Used kitchen as on site office. On porch ceiling quoted 500.00 to "rebuild new." Had specified Sherwin Williams Super Paint. Only got A 100. Said he never heard me say that. Then wanted additional 500.00 for porch ceiling. Had to dispose of trash from work on house. When throwing old soffit in dumpster, 3 pieces had air vents attached. New pieces did not have holes/vents. Refused to come back to correct that.
