Home Security System Service
The installation went well! The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and neat. The entire process took about 4 hours. There was a discrpenacy between what i requested and what was listed on his paperwork. However, he called the office and confirmed the issue and resolved it to my satisfaction. We discussed where the sensors would be placed, set the code based on preference and programmed the key fobs. Side note, the alarm monitoring company is great! My husband has set off the alarm a couple of times and each time they call within 30 seconds to confirm the alarm.
