+ -1 moreAce Exterminating was the company the property managers used for termite service when I was renting a house. They were always friendly and accommodating to my schedule so I decided to use them when I purchased my own home. After I purchased the house, I had them come out to do a termite inspection. Fortunately, the house was termite free but I wanted to get some type of termite prevention service. They explained the difference between the liquid treatment and the bait system. I decided to go with the liquid treatment, which had an initial cost of $876. It is then $165 a year for the next ten years for inspection and treatment. They were punctual and completed the inspection/treatment in the time promised.
Description of Work: Termite Inspection and liquid Thermidor treatment.
