The service was punctual and cleared the yard as expected. Would have like for them to stay another hour but could not afford.

They do a good job and meet our needs. They come out every two weeks. On one occasion, we paid extra to have them clean out the gutters.

It all went well and quickly. They stayed on schedule. The pricing is a bit higher but is worth it.

Mow lawn, trimmed hedges and edged front and back of home. Pulled weeds and added mulch. Great job!

Everything went well. Thing that I liked the best is that Moses was extremely responsive to email. This is helpful with a busy work schedule that can sometimes make getting on the phone tough. He replied to my initial quote request submitted on his website in about 30 minutes which was great. He gave me a quote and the only thing he could not do was remove my existing mulch and bring new mulch. He said that if I had mulch he could get rid of the old and install new but couldn't being new with him. He was able to schedule a time for his crew to come out within 3 days of my call/email. The guys arrived right on time at 7:30 AM in a team of 4 and walked around the property with us one more time to make sure we were all on the same page with what needed to be done. They got to work and were done by noon/1:00 so were very efficient. Everything looked great afterwards and they cleaned up well.Overall, very happy and would highly reccommend.

I started using this company last year (July) and they always showed up and were done within an hour and it was $75. This year the 1st time out it was $150 cause it took a little longer, that I can deal with but today they show up at 4:15 and finished by 5:15 and they want me to pay $200 cause their gps shows they were here 2 hours....I would NOT recommend this company period.

911 Yard Care is THE BEST lawn and garden service in Atlanta! They are consistently on time and provide unparalleled top notch service. Each time they have performed a perfect job and to the letter. I have used them for the past 6 months and HIGHLY recommend them! It is difficult to find a good lawn crew - this is it! Moses (the owner) is VERY professional, responds to ANY question immediately, and is very friendly and easy to work with. The staff is through and careful to take care of the property when on site.

Mr. Moses came apprx 2 hours after I called. He walked the yard with me and listened to my concerns. He e-mailed me back with an estimate within an hour of seeing the property. His crew were very nice and they also walked the property with me and were very attentive. They did a great job and we will certainly be recommending them to our friends.

They were very friendly and helpful in my purchase of 20 bales of pine
straw. They met me when I arrived and loaded my van with the pine straw.

The overall experience was great. They did a great job. They were efficient, prompt and organized. Moses was very professional. I called 911 Saturday morning for an estimate. Moses came to our home in the early afternoon and gave us the cost. a few hours later his crew of four arrived and within two hours, the work was done. On.e thing I really liked was that I could pay using PayPal.

Scheduled the clean up for the Saturday before but due to rain, we had to re-schedule.
However, the guys from 911 Lawn Service were there and ready to start if they could.
Re-scheduling for the following Friday with Moses was very quick and easy.
Friday morning, the guys were at my door bright and early and ready to go.
I showed them what I needed done and left them to their work.
I checked on them now and then, but found that to be completely unnecessary.
Joe was supervising his crew of 3 and they were doing everything I asked in a timely fashion.
Joe advised me when they started that the job would probably take around 3 hours and he was true to his word.
All of the guys did an excellent job and I was pleased with the results.
I will probably be using 911 Lawn Services again in the future.

They were really great. His son was here with the crew and it was amazing what they did in half a day.

Yard work is going great. I have hired them to regularly service my yard. I'm very pleased with them. They come early in the morning to get the work done. I'm a little disappointed because I wanted to have my lawn aerated, but their machine was in the shop. They have a nice crew. They do the work in a timely fashion.

It was a pleasure to do business with Moses. He was the quickest to respond to my request for a quote and had the best price compared to all other providers. With tilling and removal of the existing bermuda grass underway, we realized the final cost was going to be much greater than the original estimate if we wanted our entire back yard completed. With modification, the error was quickly caught and we were able to order an additional two pallets in time to complete the job. Even after an additional $1500 in material and labor, the price was still more competitive than the other quotes. In the end, we have a beautiful zoysia grass back yard and are very happy with the appearance. Thanks again to Moses for working with us on the revised quote!

I have been a customer for several years with this company and have had a very good experience. They are courteous and responsive, especially in correcting any problems (which have been very few). Thier pricing is very fair and affordable on our tight budget. Each of the crew members has a specific task and does not waste any time getting the job done the minute they arrive at our location.

I had a party coming that night and I needed my yard to look great. The guys came out and not only took care of my yard, they cut down a tree, pruned the hedges and were even kind enough to help out my neighbor with her yard. They were awesome and I can't wait to have them back out to plant my trees and roses.

I contacted Moses on a Monday and he came out the same day to give me an estimate. We then scheduled a service time the same week. He was very professional and friendly. His crew did a great job at a reasonable price and my yard looks terrific! I highly recommend 911 Lawn Service!

I had emailed on Thursday and was able to schedule the appointment for Friday -- a real bonus. No contract. Simply pay $25 per hour per guy with a minimum of 4 guys. This is perfect for me, because I can usually take care of the lawn myself and only need help a few times a year. These guys are fast and thorough. They showed up exactly on time and worked hard for the entire hour. I am extremely pleased with their hard work. The only downside was that one of the guys trimming bushes got a little carried away and trimmed a Japanese maple in the backyard. Assuming that the trim doesn't kill it, I'm happy with the work.
