Their rates are incredibly reasonable, better than most people. He has a wonderful recliner and rocking chair in the waiting room, so while he's fixing my car I can take a nice, comfortable nap. If the mechanic can fix the problem, he is always incredibly willing and helpful to do so. He always lets me know what's going on with my car and I trust his judgement. He's honest with his diagnosis; he doesn't charge more than what should be charged. He's flexible with scheduling and repairing the problems. If the car needs service that he doesn't provide, he will refer you to someone that he feels is credible. I'm satisfied with their services and I plan to continue to use them. I will often take my car from Athens (where I live) to Lenox to have my car serviced there.
