A-3 Construction Services LLC

They are not finished yet, they will get a bad review from me when they are finished. I went through Lowe's to get them. I went through Lowe's, along with A-3 and Hardy Siding, they are all going to get a F from me. This is the worse decision that I ever made. They are two months on a project that was suppose to take three weeks and they are not finished yet. I have had stuff stolen, had stuff torn up around here you just don't know I could write a book. They started on May 17th their project manager I guess he thought he was talking to a total idiot told me they would be finished in three days. He told me that would be finished with my thirty five hundred square feet home, which I knew was not so. They were coming at Ten or Eleven o'clock in the morning. They said that it took to long to get to my home because it was two hours away. But they knew that when they accepted the job how far they had to travel. They tore off siding on my home in random places. The people who came to work were very incompetent and not very good at all. The project manager went off the measurement that the other contractor that Lowe's had assigned to us. They did not have all the certifications to do the job so I was given A-3. In four days they did less then sixteen hours of work. I called Lowe's and requested that A-3 does not come back to my home. They have been skipping around on the work they have done. So each side of my home has missing siding and it looks a mess. I paid for the work up front, I wrote a check for almost twenty five thousand dollars. But they can't get paid until I sign off on the work. I will not use them again in the future. A-3 never finished the job. At the end of August, 2013 Lowe'w wanted me to get with a painter or somebody and see if they would finish the work. They had probably less than a days work to do the touch-up on the project and to put up some trim work that they missed. This project was started on May 17, 2013 and finally completed on October 4, 2013 (with the help of a painter).

He did windows, crown moulding, walls, painting, sheetrock, and all types of other things. He also repainted a lot of work that had not been completed well by the previous contractor. He installed insulation and put a covering on the ground; moisture barrier. He did fix up work, such as tightening down a dishwasher and other things the preivous contractor had not finished. He fastened down cabinets as well. They did excellent work, and the quality is great. His woodworking is beautiful! He re-did around our bay window too! He's a very nice guy too. His crew is great too. He always checked over the work done to make sure it was done to his satisfaction. He was great about making sure we were happy with the work.
