I have used Stanley Steemer for a long time and am usually pleased with the results of their carpet cleaning. The reason I am reviewing today did not have a category. Several years ago I purchased a front door mat from Stanley Steemer. At the time I was told it was guaranteed to last forever or they would replace it. I have been happy with the mat until lately when it began to ripple around the edges. Today I tripped over it, so I called the company. To my surprise, what I had been told when I purchased the mat is true! They are going to deliver a new mat at no charge tomorrow morning. I can't ask for better than that!

I had the carpet deodorized in addition to being cleaned due to pet odors and I can tell no difference, as a matter of fact the odors  may even be more pronounced. The extra cost for the deodorizing was over $200 which was definitely a waste.
