David Pool came out promptly as scheduled and carefully looked over the project and explained how it could be done. His two workers came out a couple of days after the platform was built to complete the carpet installation. They arrived about 1PM and worked until about 2:30PM, very professionally cutting and re-installing the existing carpet. They left the area neat and clean. We are very pleased with the finished product and we highly recommend this company.
