Eubanks Well Pump Repair

I called Mr Eubanks because my well needed new valves and plumbing. He came out and looked at my well and said he needed parts at the store. He left and never came back or called. I called him twice and he said he would return but never did, I will not use in the future and not recommended.

Mr. Eubanks came out with his son and they were great. Very professional and knowledgable. They came out within an hour of us calling (it was after 5pm when we called) and said they work 7 days a week. We were not sure what was wrong with our pump and we did not feel pushed into anything and the honesty was appreciated. They spent a while making sure everything was fixed and working properly and their price was more than fair. While we don't hope to have a problem in the future, if we do we will be calling them!

Once I made the call he said he would be right out. They arrived checked the power at the pump and determined no power was getting to pump. They repaired our patch job ( where we accidentally cut the line when digging a post hole) and made sure it was water tight, as we were going to put concrete in hole for new fence post. They rechecked power at the pump and found only 110 amps was getting to box. A check of contacts at the pump found a few not aligning/connecting properly. A quick fix and we had water!!! When I asked what I owed Mr. Eubanks said I owed for 2 wire shrink wrap connections, a little time ( they were here for 2 hours) and a new connector strip for the pump electrical box. The box is 16 years old, but he said He doesn't charge for stuff we didn't need. He also changed out the pressure valve on my water line , just because they tend to clog with water chemicals. The best $75 I have spent in a long time!!!!
