Excellent job. Was not the cheapest quote of the three we got but they paid attention to our concerns and recommended the pan mentioned above, which extends up underneath the siding to prevent leaks. The majority of this work including removal of the old roof, installation of felt, shingles, flashing on the joints and chimney and new boots on the vents, was done in a long day, by a crew of eight of the hardest working guys I have ever seen. The cost included the higher cost, 30 year "architectural" shingles, which are an extra cost option, of about $736. For regular shingles, reduce the cost by this amount. They came back for about two hours the next day to do the boots on the vents and to finish the clean up. They provide a dumpster trailer to haul away all the debris.

Very pleased with the quality of the work. Extremely pleased with the clean-up, as this was a holy mess. They even ran a big magnet around to pick up any nails. Afterwards, you could not tell they had been there.

One of the other providers I got a quote from really wanted me to seek a quote including an insurance claim, on a roof that was 22 years old. These folks said they would look to see if there was hail damage, and did not find any.

Five year guarantee on the work included in my quote. And they charged me exactly what they quoted me.

Excellent consultation before job. Showed proof of liability insurance and business license and gave us a copy. Had other companies to also give estimate but none of the others offered such proof. Drawdy was not the cheapest price that we recieved but their professionalism won the job. Estimate was only five dollars different from the final price which not a dime was paid until the job was complete and had our approval. Old roof was removed from the back side of the house , new tar paper was laid down and new shingles were installed the first day. And then the RAINS came. Before the rain came someone came to make sure that the forecasted winds would not cause a major leak. Despite his effort there was a small leak that caused a spot about a foot square in the corner of the kitchen. Reported the leak and was promised that the spot would be fixed before any payment would be made. As soon as they could return after the rain they returned to finish the job removing the rest of the old roof on the house and put the new shingles on before starting and finishing the shop in the same fashion. Stripping the old and installing the new. As promised when the job was finished came to repair the leak stain in the kitchen. Cannot see any sign of where the stain was. Cleaned up very well outside tacking great care to make sure there were no roofing nails left behind.

However, they did not start when they said they would which cost me 1 day of annual leave. They took 2 days longer than they said, which cost me another day of leave and a Saturday. Their clean up was terrible and I am still finding nails. They left cigarette butts when their contract said they would do a thorough clean up. Neither their salesman or foreman came by when the work was done to review what happened; again their contract said they would. They left a pallet in my side yard and it took me multiple calls and 2 weeks to get rid of it. Their foreman eventually quit because the owner of Drawdy wasted so much company money on his toys. There were other things I could say but do not want to take the time. The workers did a good job but because of their management and control issues, I would not use them again.

I didn't have the roof done, but our landlord did but the employees of this roofing company were lousy. The wife and I were night workers at the time and they had absolutely no compassion by keeping us up for two days from the noise they generated. They intentionally placed a very loud compressor outside our bedroom. When we asked for them to please move it, the foreman just said, "Deal With It' and left the site. Additionally, even though they had their own means to generate power to power their tools, they intentionally plugged into my outlets and stole electricity without even asking. They didn't even offer to reimburse us. These guys are very unprofessional and DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS!!!!! If you do give them your business, you may regret it
