He came right on time. Seemed very thorough. He even told me how to clean the bricks above the fireplace opening. My fireplace looks like new!

Unable to perform the work. I wasted 8 days waiting for this vendor, only to find he was reluctant to try to clean my chimney. He didn't want to climb on my roof, but charged me $20.00 for a 'service call' and did nothing.

Their price was reasonable, he was on time when he said he would be here and he got his inspection done. He laid a protective cover on the carpet before he open the damper doors and looked up in the chimney. He knew what he was doing.
