Air Pro Heating & Cooling

They were very professional.  They go out of their way to make you happy.  Their price is very reasonable.  We had problems with heating and cooling the house and they gave us options.  They were correct with their recommendations and our power bill was cut in half.  The owner and the staff are very personable.  They have great customer service.  I will not use anyone else when it comes to heating and cooling for AC repairs.

Poor communication. Will not inform you if they intend to cut new holes in your roof or brick home. They assume too much. Just not a good experience. I hoped for more.

It was okay. They were nice at the phone. They were also nice afterwards. What my concern was afterwards, I was not very sure that I got the pieces of paper that was supposed to be for the warranty. They mailed it to the wrong location. They mailed it to the rental house. I clearly told them that it was the rental house and that I was the one who was paying the bill. They wanted me to pay them as soon as the work was done. They wanted me to give them my credit card number over the phone. They got paid instantly. Trying to get the warranty or the invoice was at least two months. The first time I called, they told me that they mailed it to the rental house. But then, when I called the renters, they told me that it would have gotten into them if they used the address, it would be a post office box. It meant that if they sent out the information, it was sent out to them. They never called me but they have my phone number because they called me for the bill. I would probably use them.

He hired subcontractors to do the work.  The workers were ex-cons and were drinking on the job. They left a couple of boxes of trash in my yard. I told the girl when I paid the bill that it was left behind. She said someone would come to get it, but I clarified that they would need to call first to make sure that I was home. I have dogs that can be aggressive and told her to make sure that whoever comes would not jump the fence. They DID jump the fence, and something was done to my dog which ruptured a tumor in my dog. The vet said something happened for that tumor to rupture. The vet could no longer operate and had to put my dog to sleep. The men that came insisted that they did not touch the dog, but I do not believe that because I know that my dog would have come at anyone trying to jump our fence. I would have felt better about this situation if they had just admitted responsibility.  John, the owner, came out today to test the work they did on the ducts. Everything seems to be working properly.

Went great. Fixed it right away.

For the maintenance service it cost about $150 for them to come out twice a year. Usually it’s just one guy coming for the maintenance service. He come and checks and cleans the unit barrier. I am satisfied with their service.
