I had a real mess on my hands with another well known tax return company originally having done my tax return. Ms. Pam filed an amended return for me for the tax years 2005 & 2006 & saved me over 2000.00 in taxes. She also got rid of the penalties associated with the other tax company's tax return mistakes. She took the extra time & effort to help me that I never received with any other tax preparer. She was very caring & helpful to us & we really appreciated her. I highly recommend this tax preparer to all my friends & family.
