Plumber was professional and thorough . He took over an hour checking for a water leak that was causing an excessive water bill ( no charge). He identified a bad toilet flapper as the problem. Price to fix it seemed to be too high so i elected to fix it myself. However he did change an outside water spigot which my handyman did not want to touch. I previously used Mr. Kwesi and knew the quality of his work. I will continue to use him for services that require the knowledge of a Master Plumber.

I never write reviews but for this gentleman I will make and exception. Mr Kwesi. fixed my garbage disposal for absolutely no money. He pushed the button way in the back and the funny thing was I had 3 estimates and they all wanted to charge me between $700. and $1200. to replace the garbage disposal that did not need replacing.. It is so refreshing to find an honest man. Since this time Mr Kwesi did plumbing work for my rental properties. He work is perfect. He is super reliable and his price is extremely fair. We just moved in the home- no one knows us or what we have. We locked all windows upon move in. Plumber & assistant are only ones who accessed the kitchen. They opened the window and came back and stole our TV. They were present when we took the TV out the box. Assuming it was a new TV, but it was 5 years old. In order for me to rebuy this TV today it would cost me double. Owner acted like he was concerned at first but just wanted to know if police had proof. We know they did it because they were the only ones in the house who accessed the kitchen. Shameful that a black man would come steal from a single Mom. It was couple days before Christmas and it's all we had in our living room- no furniture- just TV and they came in kitchen window- was no forced entry / just opened it and walked out front door leaving window and door open. They knew exactly how to come in within minutes. Very calculated Theft. Thrives they are. My Landlord paid & did not take any responsibility for sending this Thief to my home. Nor would the plumber pay for my TV he knows his employees stole but lied saying the employee was his nephew.

It was excellent. I cleaned up the water before I called Xpress Drain and Plumbing.. It was the Monday after new years so a ton of places were closed. I contacted these folks first thing Monday Morning and Kwesi - Master Plumber answered the phone and scheduled an appointment for 2 pm. He called at 1:30 to let me know he was on his way and was timely and punctual. Once he arrived, he allowed me to explain to him exactly what happened, and based on that, diagnosed the issue and recommended a solution. I agreed with his diagnosis (Remove the toilet and send a camera down the drain to make sure the blockage that caused the backup was cleared). He did it quickly, didnt leave an mess, and gave me the Angies's List Discount. He is my plumber from now on. Thanks Kwesi

He fixed it immediately, and then sent a scope down the pipe and showed us where the issue had been and then using another piece of equipment, he found the pipe in my yard and told me how deep the pipe is. Fortunately, the issue was not bad enough that he had to dig up the yard this time, but at least now I know where the weak link is in the system. He exceeded our expectations in every way! I have more work to be done and he is now OUR GUY!

On a Sunday morning, my kitchen faucet wouldn't shut off and was spraying water all over my kitchen and was leaking under my sink. I called XPress plumbing. Kwei talked me through turning off the water, and explained that I would probably need a new faucet. 30 minutes later, he called back to make sure that I had been successful in turning off the water. After I purchased a new faucet, I called him, and he arrived 30 minutes later, as promised. He got right to work, and finished in less than an hour. He made sure that I had no question/concerns. He did not charge extra for a Sunday service call. He was extremely professional and pleasant, and made a stressful situation much less stressful! I will use this company again, and highly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber!

Fast and efficient. Clean and professional. Called because he hit some traffic, much appreciated. But knows what he is doing so was out of here much faster than expected. Saved a lot of headaches and hassles; even showed me some areas i could have saved a few bucks to do work myself instead of having him do the work. Forget it - save yourself three hours and have him do it in 25 minutes and do it right. Will have him back.

It went really well. We called Kwesi this morning around 8am, and he was at the house by 10am. He showed up on-time, accessed the issue, quoted me a cost of service that seemed reasonable, and fixed the issue that day. He and Charles were very considerate and professional. They even made sure to wear booties inside the house to protect the carpet after being in the muddy backyard. We really appreciated Kwesi quoting 2 options and preferring to save money by trying the less expensive option first.
Very nice and well-mannered professionals! They also warranty their work for 30 days, so I felt more comfortable knowing I can call back if the drain doesn't remain unclogged.

The toilets now flush perfectly and the sink can now be stopped up without anything falling down the drain. Charles quickly determined the water coming out of the drain was coming from the water heater because the temp & pressure part malfunctioned and it cut off, causing waer to flow from the water heater. The T & P part was replaced which fixed the problem. Charles and his partner were very professional.
