Buddy Wynn promptly responded to my inquiry. Gave me some advice over the phone to see if it was necessary to come out, which was appreciated, but I needed him to come out anyway. He was able to come out when I was available. He promptly fixed the problem for what I considered a reasonable price.

Buddy Wynn initially came to the house and provided a free estimate. Ater meeting with similar companies, we relied on the reviews from Angie's and selected Wynn Technology. We were not disappointed. He and his crew were thorough, honest and efficient. They showed up on time and performed the work while staying within the original budget. More importantly, after the scheduled installation was completed successfully and paid for, they CALLED ME to schedule another visit at no cost in an attempt to fix additional preexisting problems with my system. They returned and provided trouble shooting which determined why I have been having other problems with my system for years! This was above and beyond their agreement because Buddy wanted to make sure he had done everything possible to have my security system in the best working order over and above the camera replacements. Buddy Wynn and his crew are outstanding.

He was absolutely fantastic. We went with him because he had fabulous ratings on Angie's List. If you need anything done with alarm systems hire him! He was polite and even brought my mail in to me. Buddy could not have been nicer and his work was outstanding!

He was very responsive. He gave me a saving without even asking. So, the price was fair. Very professional and courteous. The whole experience was very easy and great.

Buddy Wynn and his staff went above and beyond. Because they were not familiar with the security system previously installed in our house, they had to do a lot of research to ensure everything was set up properly. They added additional contacts to our windows and doors to ensure our safety. They recommended several televisions that would work best in our room given the amount of natural light. The speakers used both inside and outside are perfect. We have received so many compliments from our friends on how good everything sounds. Buddy took the time to walk us through how everything works and what remote controls what. They hid all of the wires in our family room and gave us an IR that controls all of our components. They did a great job with our central vacuum system and made recommendations of future additions when we remodel different parts of the house. Everyone was on time for their appointment. If they were able to come earlier, we would receive a call asking our permission versus them just stopping by. Everything in our quote was accurate. In fact, during the time they were working with us, the TV we selected had gone on sale. Buddy could have kept that information to himself, but instead he let us know of the sale and lowered the television price accordingly saving us money. They were prompt, courteous, and always cleaned up after their work. I highly recommend Wynn Technology Solutions for any of your needs. Buddy and his team will definitely be hearing from us again when we renovate other areas of our house!
