Called on Monday and talked to them about what I needed done. They provided me with an approximate estimate over the phone. Estimated sounded reasonable so we scheduled a electrician for Tuesday between noon and 2pm. Electrician arrived on time and we discussed what I wanted done and where the exterior outlet was to be located. He said he needed to get materials for the job and disappeared for about an hour. He returned and completed the new circuit and loose kitchen outlets Tuesday afternoon. He walked me through all the work done and demonstrated the exterior outlet GFI and its use. Outlet location and how the 20amp cable was routed were done exactly how I requested. Please keep in mind that I called on Monday and work was completed on Tuesday. I was impressed by their responsiveness and professionalism...I will recommend this company to anyone who needs electricians....

Jim came out to give us an estimate. He was knowledgeable, friendly and on time. He looked over our current panel and gave us suggestions. His crew came out and replaced the whole panel. His crew was also on time, quiet and did a great job and replaced the entire panel. It was a large job and took all day. They worked hard, made sure all was labeled and working correctly before they left. They left my area cleaner than they found it. Great job! I highly recommend them.

In other words, Wise helped me out without knowing me or having me set up an appointment just so they could come out and flip a switch.
I have projects planned for winter. I will ask Wise to do them.

The owner, Jim, was the one who came out to our house, and he was fantastic! Very professional and friendly! He discovered the problem very fast, fixed it, and then showed us how to fix the problem in the future if it ever came up again. We were extremely pleased and will definitely contact him again if necessary!

Jim was super professional and skilled. We have had such hot summers here and our townhouse gets so hot upstairs (we only have one AC unit for both floors), that we felt we wanted to invest in an attic fan. The attic had been getting into the above 100 degree area for years. It got to the point where I would avoid going upstairs all together just to keep cool. Jim arrived on time and installed the attic fan in about an hour! The price (can't recall how much I paid, sorry....I listed $400.00, but I honestly don't recall), stayed on track with the estimate. The fan only goes on when it gets above 90 degrees in the attic and it switches on all by itself. As a result, it's been MUCH cooler upstairs. I highly recommend Jim Wise. It was a no-brainer for him, due to his experience. He was in and out in about an hour, hour and a half. No issues at all. Did I mention he's a very friendly guy, too? Well, he is. I would use him again in a heartbeat! Thanks, Jim!! I never keep vendor advertisements around, but I'll keep his company's magnet on my fridge, gladly.

He was very nice and knew what he was doing. It just happened to be something very simple where you just had to push the "test" button on another outlet in a different room. He came out the very same day that I called too. He is very knowledgeable and customer service driven. He has the most fair prices I've known.

I called for service because I thought there might be an electrical problem due to flickering lights and a power outage in a bedroom. I had called Wise Electric around 5:30 p.m. and spoke to Jim Wise, the owner. He came at 8:00 a.m. the next morning. He checked the wiring for the main electrical panel and the outside main disconnect. He explained everything he was doing and why. Luckily there was no problem. I was charged for a service call.
