Have done business with Joel Waterhouse for over 15 years. His employees are always polite and professional. They use family-friendly pesticides and are always respectful of my house and my time. I think the fact that we have used them so long is a good testament to their customer service quality.

The people buying our home were using FHA...who had CRAZY requests and guidelines especially in the termite department. They were driving me crazy, and I, in turn, was driving joel at waterhouse exterminating crazy with emails and phone calls. Joel was SO patient with me and came through for me even late on a Friday evening!! Definitely use this company for your pest control needs! You won't be sorry!

Waterhouse Exterminating solved our problem with the rats. I was so grateful to them for finally getting to the root of the problem which another company had clearly missed. They also checked thoroughly to see if they had plugged all of the holes and they did find another one. I would highly recommend their services.
