They use family-friendly pesticides and are always respectful of my house and my time. I think the fact that we have used them so long is a good testament to their customer service quality.

+ -1 moreThe people buying our home were using FHA...who had CRAZY requests and guidelines especially in the termite department. They were driving me crazy, and I, in turn, was driving joel at waterhouse exterminating crazy with emails and phone calls. Joel was SO patient with me and came through for me even late on a Friday evening!! Definitely use this company for your pest control needs! You won't be sorry!

+ -1 moreI m very pleased with this company because they always come at a time that s convenient for me. They are very good and pretty fast because it only takes about twenty minutes to do everything, so I m very happy with them.
Description of Work: They spray both the inside and outside of my 10 room home. They come in every 3 months and charge me every three months as well.

+ -1 moreWaterhouse Exterminating solved our problem with the rats. I was so grateful to them for finally getting to the root of the problem which another company had clearly missed. They also checked thoroughly to see if they had plugged all of the holes and they did find another one. I would highly recommend their services.
Description of Work: They plugged all of the holes where rats were getting into our basement. There was a large crawl space under our deck that they subcontract out to another business to apply a wood and cement solution in order to plug this large hole.
