There was a problem with the furnace at night and they came during the winter.  I was relieved and happy that they came out.  The best thing about the company is that they are responsive right away.  I can't think of anything they need to improve on.

We have used them in both of our homes.  They attend the same church with us and they are just absolutely wonderful.  We have a program with them.  They do the service in the Spring, the Summer & the Winter. We've been in this house, this month, for 10 years & we've had them ever since we moved in.  When we were in our old house they serviced our air conditioning and heating system as well, I think.  You do good work, we keep you.  2 people came out to complete the work and it took them about 45 minutes to an hour.  The workers were nice.  They've been here before.  I didn't see the attic but the other parts of the house were left clean.  A lot of times I have to reschedule the appointment because of my appointments.  They're really good about calling back and reminding you.  They're very punctual.

We had a flood in our attic and that's where the heating system is.  It poured all the way down to our kitchen and hallway.  It was awful, but they came immediately and they took care of the situation.

I had my furnace checked out for winter and had the filter changed. Doug was very polite, friendly, and thorough. He sat down with me and told me everything I needed to know about my furnace, such as which parts I may have trouble with in the future, but were doing okay at this time. I have used Wall Heating and Air since 1995 and always been pleased. Several of my friends use this company also. I buy the Club Plan every year, so there was no charge today for the service.

It went very well as it always does with Wall Heating and A/C. I've been using them for 8 years.

I have had Wall servicing my units for many years. Kris is a wonderful tech. He is very professional, efficient and explains all of his findings in terms that I can understand. They have been caring for one of my units that is now 20 years old. They have checked it every year and kept it running and it has not needed any repairs. Kris always greets my dog and plays with her when he comes in so she gets to know him. The office staff is very courteous and always schedule me with no problems. I plan on staying with them.

They came in and our experiences are just fine. They are professional. They are on time. They call you. They let you know. They are very careful when they are in your home. They are careful when they are outside of your home. They are just great. We love them. They are great. They do what they say they are going to do. They have done nothing but exceed our expectations.

I called Wall Heating & Air for afterhours service when my heater didn't work.  The first thing I noticed was that I got an actually person answering the phone.   Not the voicemail I received when I called another company.  
Once giving the answering service all of my information I received a call back within 10 minutes from Debbie at Wall Heating & Air.  She reviewed the information I had given and then advised a time window in which the technician, David, would arrive.  David arrived right when they said he would!!  He very quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced my thermostat.  I had decided to purchase a new thermostat that was wifi enabled.  Even though it was 11pm by this time, David was very patient and reviewed all the features and how to use it.
Great service!!  So great I decided to sign an annual Service agreement with them!  I highly recommend them for any of your needs!

The service is always prompt and excellent. Never had any issues with this company. Highly recommended.

I called  three places and got three different answers.  I felt coolray was ripping me off with a very high price.

The lady in the office talked to me and also was very helpful.  I though the warranty was expired  but she told me Amana has a 10 year parts warranty and mine was 7 yrs.  I called and checked and sure enough it was still under warranty.  I had to pay for labor only.  GREAT SERVICE.

Technician David arrived within the scheduled hour of arrival time. He went straight to work. He was clean, courteous and wore shoe covers while inside. Only when he was finished did he discuss findings, review what he did & receive payments. Filled out all paperwork and was on his way!
